Mobile app

Is anyone experiencing major lagging with mobile app since the update? I've even reinstalled it and still like it!

Yesterday there was a Message sent to all the players:

"Hello,

We would like to inform you that there will be two maintenance periods tomorrow:

- From 8 a.m. (CET, Paris time): the game and support will not be available for approximately 1 hour.

- From 2 p.m. (CET, Paris time): the mobile application will also undergo maintenance on both iOS and Android.
During this time, the app will be unavailable. The store may suggest downloading the new version, but it will remain inaccessible for several hours until the maintenance is completed.
The mobile browser version and desktop version remain accessible throughout.

Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

- Clear the App Cache.

- Switch from Data to Wifi or vice versa.

- Uninstall the Howrse App from your device, restart your device, and then install the App again.
