Equestrian center prestige

I'm trying to find out how to improve my center's prestige and I can't really find the info.
I know there a multiple axes to this, but not sure how to improve it. default smiley :(

Having a high prestige equestrian center involves meadow fertility, box quality meaning the 3 star boxes are the best especially with showers and water troughs. Having high skilled horses also helps improving the equestrian center. Proving food and tack will also increase the center's prestige as well. Also comps too.
