Magnolia (Pseud.)

  17

Been a horse kid since I could think, basically. I played Howrse a bit when I was in the third and fourth grades, but left until now. I love collaboration, so feel free to reach out! Only the horses I currently put up for sale are available as I'm building my breeding farms and coat trophies, however if you'd like to place a reservation for a future foal, just message me. Most colts are sold, and I sell very few fillies, so if you're hoping for a filly, its best to tell me directly. As of 6/21/2021, horses are now only bred once they have reached 100 BLUP.

"Man hands on misery to man,/ It deepens like a coastal shelf./ Get out, as early as you can/ And don't have any kids yourself."

I have many breeding farms. Riding horses and ponies are generally priced to the 100 equus up until 10000GP, but are all ultimately at my discretion as it none of my breeding farms are particularly well established and I always try to consistently improve the general GP of the farm. Non-fertile horses are priced at discretion, although they are SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive than their fertile counterparts. Trophy horses generally aren't bred, and non breeding horses are either moved to Trophy Farms or The Other Horses as is relevant.

"The sun above me and a concrete floor below/ Scratch at the chain links, maybe bare my teeth for show./ Fed twice a day, I don't go hungry anymore./ Feel in my bones just hat the future has in store./ I pace in circles so the camera will see./ Look hard at my stripes, there'll be no more after me."

Equestrian Center

concord dawn forests is a Classical Forest equestrian center. Constantly expanding, and consistently offering fodder, carrots, oats, saddles, bridles, saddle cloths, polo wraps, and head coverings. Mash is generally available, and will consistently available by May 1st, 2021. Boarding is 30 Equus per night, and the Boxes are Box 1s, filled with flax, though as with everything, the eventual goal is to have everything be the highest level of comfort.

"In the late Middles Ages, the 'danse macabre' or dance of the dead, was a popular subject in art. Paintings depicted decomposing corpses with huge grins who arrive to collect the unsuspecting living. The gleeful corpses, made anonymous by putrefaction, wave their hands and stomp their feet as they pull both popes and paupers, kings and blacksmiths into their whirling dance. the images reminded viewers that death was certain: No one escapes. Anonymity awaits."

Opinions

Adopt don't shop is not a viable option for everyone, as rescue dogs need significant concerns and concessions and are not always suitable if a person needs something specific from their companion. Instead, research Reliable Breeders. Good breeders get into it for the love of the breed, and often make little money on breeding, and can struggle just to make even.

Green flags are AKC or large kennel club registrations, lots of pictures of the happy dogs in different situations with different people, being treated like pets, being kept inside, allowing and encouraging you to visit the dogs and site, puppies being pre-socialized and with a basic understanding of potty training, and clauses in the contract that say if you can no longer keep the dog, it will be returned to the breeder.

Red flags are pet shops, little to no pictures of the dogs, disproportionate amounts of puppies to breeding females, puppies with no socialization, not being allowed to visit the site or puppies, puppies being sold under 8 weeks minimum, or any double merle.

Pedigree and Breeding history as well as tests clearing them of genetic diseases and mutations are also information you should be given or able to ask for. Designer breeds, like doodles, are often not the healthiest, and the man who made them say he regrets doing so.

Responsible breeders are essential to maintaining the health of the canine population, as well as breed integrity. There are problems in breeding such as closed studbooks (look up dalmations, studbooks, and kidney stones), but if a breeder is trying to repair a breed and therefore isn't AKC approved, they will be transparent about it.

Rescues and mixed breeds and mutts can be and are amazing dogs but they can be very unpredictable and unsuitable for beginners, families with young children, and people who need the dog to do a job. Be responsible with whatever choice you make!

"Well, I think naming is a form of honouring something. I used to feel sorry for stars that didn't have names because I believe a name is a sign of respect and honour. Recently I heard someone say 'Words make thought possible.' This is something most of us realize, but it's succinctly said"
