How is that a company can delete a players account for no reason and never bother to reply to their requests for an explanation?  Fair sad business practice as far as I'm concerned!

My mom (Flipant) got me started on this game.  She has spent years building up Northern Dancers and Normandy Renegade's, with help from her BP Marie151 and some other wonderful players on this game.  She has helped others as much as she could, practically gave away her horses so others could enjoy them also.  
She has spend hours and hours and tons of money.  Only to be rewarded with This player is no long on howrse!  She has pm'd contact us three times, even once to International Howrse, hoping they would shed some light on it, and no reply from any of them.  They don't even send her the form letters others have gotten from asking the same question.  
This is a pathetic excuse for customer service.  Then again, were any of us ever considered customers?  Something to ponder on.
