Once the piggy bank gains the correct amount of points by players buying horses from the sales with either equus or passes, they will be unlocked. Then you will be able to buy the specific Black Market Items with equus instead of passes for a short period of time. For example, currently, the piggy bank has approximately 8,000 points out of the 23,040 points needed to unlock a Fertility Wand for 109,000 equus and a Pandora's Box for 99,000 equus.
