Cannot buy passes. "The Pass page is currently down for maintenance" is written all the time

You need to have your email address confirmed by yourself (or your parents if you are under 16) to be able to buy passes.

You can try clearing your browser history and cache or try a different browser. The game creates a huge amount of debris which can then causes the game to display out of date pages.

If that doesn't help, you need to message the game team via contact us at the bottom of every page. Help centre is mostly answered by other players and we cannot help you with technical issues.
