Stallions can be gelded or castrated as it is called, but only between the ages of 2 years 6 months, and 6 years old. The horse then can not reproduce nor have the ability to use a Zeuses Lightning Bolt and have its gender switched to a female. Castration is permanent. The horse does get a bonus of stamina: +8, speed: +8, and dressage: +4.
