Technical issues

Our team is aware of the following issues:

1) Inability to purchase passes from the pass page due to missing options and the error message displayed.

2) Some players seeing a blank white page when trying to reach "Contact Us."

We are working as quickly as possible to rectify these issues, but it may not be possible until early next week.

How do you take tack off a horse? I already unchecked the little box on the account page then clicked edit. And I logged on today and they all have tack. I don't find it very aesthetically pleasing. The box has been unchecked for around 2 years, so why is it giving me this problem now.

On the Pinatas, I am not able to click on a Pinata. Other features work, clicking on Friends, and Paying for requests for friends to click and performing objectives.

Dear Team,
i just gave my horse 3 Archilles Heels and when he aged it was gone each time and health and energy low. First i assumed i clicked something wrong, but the Archilles Heels were also removed from my inventory so it was used somehow.
I don´t know if that is an issue but to be sure i will wait some time before trying again.

I'm having a problem, I smashed a pinata yesterday and the page stuck on that.
I can't do anything with it. I am losing so many clicks.
I opened a ticket yesterday. I haven't heard back from them.

Help please! I am playing on the app and got a screen with the tutorial lady saying “the page is inaccessible. Continue the tutorial to unlock this area of the game.” But there is no back button or any way to get off that screen. Even exiting the app and opening again it just goes right back to that page! The only thing to click on is “go to the classic version”, but I Want to play on the app... How can I get back to the game? And how do you see what part of the tutorial you are even on?

I had the same issues on mobile. If it’s possible, switch to the classic version under the ‘my account’ page. I was able to complete the tutorial through the classic version. It also works perfectly on a computer if you have one that you’re able to use. Hope that helps!

I was unable to complete the tutorial on the app no matter what I tried. The only way I could finish was when I went to the classic version. Your game should update once you’ve completed that section of the tutorial and then you’ll be able to play again regularly on the app

um how do report a spelling mistake? in the monster workshop, I was looking at my possible prizes while decorating my monster. the 10,000 Equus one it says spend you Equus it should say spend YOUR Equus. please, if you see this, change this.

Have experienced no access to watchign video clips to gain equus, passes etc for two days. Anyone else experiencing this? And, yes, I have cleared cache etc etc

Hello! My tutorial has frozen my game. I'm at the point where I am asked to gift an item to Emma. I don't have enough seniority to do this, and the rest of my game is frozen until I can do so. Is there some way for me to stop this? Or will I have to wait a week to use my account again?
